Heston assists refinancing of the Lichtfabriek Uden

Heston Finance Group advises the family van den Brand with the refinancing of the former Philips E27 Lichtfabriek at Frontstraat 2, 4a and 4b in Uden. The refinancing is provided by RNHB B.V. It concerns a long-term investment. The E27 Lichtfabriek consists of 7 buildings on a plot of 36,620 m2 with a total lettable area of 12,505 m2, divided into 3,672 m2 office space and 8,833 m2 warehouse space with 220 on-site parking spaces.
