Hörnstenen

The Swedish company Hörnstenen has been active as a real estate investor in the Netherlands since 1990. Hörnstenen, which was founded in 1935 by the Johansson family of contractors in Sweden, realised and subsequently retained most of its Swedish real estate portfolio itself. Hörnstenen aims to expand its real estate portfolio in the Netherlands to the value of approximately €50 million. To this end, Hörnstenen recently purchased two properties in Tilburg and Lijnden. At the same time, the Dutch portfolio was successfully refinanced with Handelsbanken.

Heston Finance Group arranged this refinancing of €10 million for Hörnstenen.
