AMRES from Utrecht owns and manages a diversified real estate portfolio consisting of various properties, such as offices, multi-tenant buildings, retail space and apartments. Some of the shops/apartments are designated as national monuments. The properties are mainly located in the Randstad area and the portfolio has a good occupancy rate. The € 30 mln refinancing with RNHB enabled AMRES to implement a dynamic investment policy of buying and selling in order to increase the return to its investors.
